重庆合纵律师事务所成立于一九九四年五月，系中华人民共和国司法部“部级文明律师事务所”，中华全国律师协会“全国优秀律师事务所”，中共重庆市委、重庆市人民政府命名的“文明单位”。共青团中央、司法部授予的“全国青少年维权岗”示范单位。
2003年、2007年、2011年被重庆市司法局、市律师协会评选为“重庆市优秀律师事务所”。重庆市司法局首届局级文明单位、市级文明律师事务所。1997年以来，连续多年被重庆市司法局评为“先进集体”。我所系重庆市上市公司董事长协会成员单位。
合纵律师事务所是一所集各种专业人才于一体的合伙制律师事务所。其业务领域涉及诉讼和非诉讼各个方面，其中尤为擅长金融及证券、公司改制及重组、贸易及投资、房地产及工程建设、知识产权、刑事辩护及民事诉讼等领域的法律事务。合纵所具有从事证券法律业务和企业产权界定法律业务资格，被重庆市高级人民法院确定为破产案件“破产管理人”。现有专职律师23名，其中博士、硕士研究生、在读研究生共计13名。 我所拥有“重庆市十佳律师”1名，“重庆市十佳青年律师”1名，“重庆市优秀律师”3名，重庆市律师协会专业委员会委员6名。 我所现有重庆市人大代表1名，渝中区人大代表1名，渝中区政协委员1名。
